Terms of Service — Shopify CSV Import Preflight

Last updated: 14 September 2026. The statutory rights of consumers under Belgian and EU law always prevail over these terms.

2. Service

Shopify CSV Import Preflight is a human-performed review of one Shopify product CSV file per order. You receive a written report with BLOCKING, WARNING and UNKNOWN findings, where safely possible a corrected copy of your file with a changelog, and one rerun of your corrected file. Jithox never logs in to your Shopify store and never imports anything into it. Jithox is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.; "Shopify" is a trademark of Shopify Inc.

3. Price

€79.00 per file, including 21% Belgian VAT (€65.29 excluding VAT), payable in advance at checkout. Prices are shown including VAT.

4. Scope limits

Files larger than 25 MB or 10,000 rows, files containing customer, order or payment data, and files that are not a Shopify product CSV are rejected before any work starts and refunded in full.

5. Delivery

The report is sent by e-mail within one business day (Monday–Friday, Belgian time, excluding Belgian public holidays) after both payment and a usable file have been received. One rerun of your corrected file is included within seven days of delivery. The service is performed within fourteen days of your order at the latest.

6. No guarantee of acceptance

Shopify's import behaviour can change. Jithox does not guarantee that Shopify will accept any file and does not guarantee an error-free import. You remain responsible for reviewing the report and for any import you perform.

7. Your obligations

You confirm that you are entitled to share the file, that it contains no personal data, and that you keep your own backup. Never send passwords, API keys or staff logins.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jithox's total liability per order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intent or gross negligence, or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

9. Data retention

Your file, the corrected copy and the report are deleted from Jithox systems no later than seven days after delivery; you receive a deletion confirmation by e-mail. See the Privacy Policy.

10. Withdrawal and cancellation

11. Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. Consumers may contact the Belgian Consumer Ombudsman Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
